Suspension Ceiling Installation Instruction:
1. Suspension system can be categorized into non-people supported and people supported series．The non-people supported series(single layer aluminum alloy grid system)only consider the tile weight, light fittings，audio devices and ceiling fans．The people supported series considers 80-100kg of concentrated live load during repairing of the grid system; it adds one layer of light-gauge steel based suspension system from the non-people supported series.
2. During installation，firstly mark the horizontal lines around according to the request of the suspension system, then arrange the grids in # form，with 900-1200mm space of splice according to the installation drawing，the impalers and crews are put into the tile，fix the main grid with the suspender and splice, adjust the grids level, fix the cross tee grid on the main grid with the connector.
3. When installing the wall angle grid, drill in the position with the electricity hammer firstly, put into the chock, fix the wall angle grid on the wall by screws after finding the correct position. It also can be impaled directly into the wall by steel impaler．
4．Position the tiles on the grid after the grid system being installed. When installing the edges，the tile can be cut into suitable shapes according to the edge.
Notice:
1. Wear white gloves during installation to keep the tile clean, avoid dirtying the tile surface.
2. When carrying the tiles, avoid colliding the edges, avoid stacking high and in empty outdoor areas or moist places.
